I went a different route with my car. What the trans is is a t5-z with astro gearsets. It also has the g force main supports, and steel bearing retainer. It does have the 2.95 first gear. It has a hurst shifter with it too. This trans could use rebuilt it sometimes kicks out of second gear when you let off the gas. I'm pretty sure it's the bearings. I took it apart to see what was causing it and the bearings had some slop in them. This trans was built by aggressive motorsports. 500 takes it.
