Wrecked GT???

Well guys I was the previous owner of an 02 Mustang GT that I ordered when I was in 11th grade in high school and worked my balls off for. The word on the street is the kid that bought it totalled it. It was a mineral grey GT. Last I heard the kid was putting a turbo on it. His last name was Martinelli and he lived in Plum. Its just one of those first Mustang things. I would be rather upset if it was wrecked. The kid destroyed that car. In the time he had it which wasn't long he destroyed two rims and blew the motor. Well thanks guys.

Yea i met him down the strip this past summer. He put the dd bullits on it and was talking about supercharging it. When i was down at mikes(wolfpack)he was saying that the kid was talking about putting a hellion turbo kit on it?? I dunno but he seemed cool when i talked to him. Mike said the kid lives near him(plum) so maybe mike might know more about it. Sucks if its true.
After reading that i guess i know y he bought new rims.

His name is Josh. I haven't heard anything on the car lately, definitly was a nice car.

your getting bad info brother! the owner is my neigbors son josh and i do all the work on the car. josh beats the piss out of the car but he takes extremely good care of it, i have litterally seen him wash it twice in the same day! the 2 destroyed rims you are refering to are from you or your brother, they were on the car when he bought it. i pointed them out to josh and they are still sitting in my trailer if you don't believe me. he never blew up his motor but he did toss a cam follower. i popped it back on and also fixed quite a few minor issues from whoever installed all the parts prior to josh purchasing the vehicle. the hellion turbo kit is still sitting in my garage, he's been saving for a motor so we can do everything at once. he did wreck it recently, according to josh and his mother it is very minor but i haven't seen it yet. apparently he went into a slide and clipped a residential mailbox.

dude, did you get the money from the sale? then who cares if the guy drove it off a cliff. if it was such a sentimental item, why did you sell it?

well that certainly cleared some things up.when i saw the car this past summer it looked like it was in good shape.

Well sorry if I came off to rude. I'm glad to hear that the car is being taken care of. Getting own over teh internet doesn't really bother me. Its the internet. And the reason I sold it was to get my Cobra. But thank you Mike for the info and for clearing everything up. Thats part of the reason for my post is I wanted to know the real story and what was going on with it. Thanks

Mike, Is this the one that was at the shop the time I was there and you said you just saved the owner a ton of cash because you did not have to pull the head? If thats it, its a pretty nice ride. I do remember you talking about a forced induction combo for it.

I saw that car at Mike's TWICE. and the first time I had to double-take cause it looked like Rob's car. If that doesn't tell you it's a clean car, I don't know what does
