I just got some BBK ceramic l/ts. They're about 500 bucks anywhere. From the little bit of research I did, BBK quality and price is about middle of the road. If you want to spend some money get Kooks or SLP. They're about $800-900. If you want cheap, get Mac or Hedman. just my opinion.

u/d pulleys = STEEDA. Seems like people have minor issues with all other brands. Never heard anything bad about the Steedas.
