headers bolts and gaskets

i was wondering what header bolts everyone uses and what gaskets also. i dont know if i should use the ones that come with my headers or buy a set of locking ones...

and also where the best place to get them.

coming from someone who has lost a few header bolts id get locking ones.

i have always ran ford header gaskets.

the header bolts that come with mod motor headers seem to stay pretty tight, if you plan on using the locking bolts, plan on alot of time invested and some busted knuckles..
