I have a chance at a 2000 GT, fully loaded, mach 460, needs trans, They are asking $3500 not sure of mileage but the car looks real clean inside and just needs to be washed and buffed out on the outside due to sitting for a while. Sound like a good deal?

as long as the title is good, no damage, not too many miles then yes. but im guessing it has some really high miles for the price.
they are starting to come down in price. i have seen several 99-00 GT for under 6k and 3 01-02 GT under 8k (all with under 100k)

like Jared said if in those lines then i say yes.. There is a GT being parted out on year that has a working tranny also
OK, thanks guys, I'll have to check the mileage and get the vin for a carfax. The body doesn't have any damage and just needs cleaned up because it is sitting under a tree and Its been sitting for at least a year.
