I made one out of PVC and I think it looked good. I just looked through all of my pics and I can't find one of it. If I come across it I'll post it up. Basically I took a 3" piece of PVC pipe, threaded in the IAC sensor, and used 3" rubber connectors to attach it to the MAF and TB. I enlarged the hole in my inner fender so that 90% of the filter sat in the inner fender and not under the hood. I'm now running a morpheous power pipe and I like its looks much better, but it heat soaks much quicker than the plastic did.
