I don't understand people. Why bid on something you can't pick up or aren't going to pay? there should be a 3 stikes your out rule. I've never had that happan, but I would be ticked too. sorry to hear. hopefully the second guy will take it??

I think anyone who wins an auction and decides not to pay should have to at least pay the deposit you ask for on a high price item.
I think they should be forced to buy it anyways. When you bid, you're abiding by a contract with eBay and the seller.

you can turn this auction into ebay and they will refund your selling fee's(from that a-hole winning the auction) , just not your ad listing fee
it will say you have to wait 7 days for the other guy to respond but you can cancel that out by just clicking on the (i dont wanna wait any longer to hear from winning bidder)
