The other possibility is it is not even a real car but rather a model. The floor and walls suggest this. Like an RC car or something.

I'll add to the comments about the tires that it has pretty bad negative camber up front.

gas cap is on the wrong side. the whole pic is backwards. still doesn't explain the backwards tires, though.

edit: maybe not... the GT is on the wrong side, too but it doesn't say TG backwards ????????

Tires and the spoiler looks like its from 01 to 04 body style. If its not either one of those then I don't know.
