He also flip flopped on the Heller vs. DC supreme court decision on the 2nd amendment, before the decision he agreed with the DC ban on handguns, now since the Supreme Court ruled it's unconstitutional to have a handgun ban in DC and said that the 2nd amendment is an individual right not a state right, he now agrees with them. You know what bothers me is a girl at work who I'm actually pretty good friends with wants to vote for him because he is black and she wants to see a black president in her lifetime. His ethnic background does not mean he will make a good president. Actually I am thinking I will move if he is elected.
