Conklin plays the puck better, leads in some goalie statistics for nhl, and seems clutch... Fleury is streaky and when the pens were .500 at the beginning of the year, Fleury played horrible.
Tough call though.

You have to go with who is hot - having two guys who can play at a high level is a bonus. Right now, you gotta primarily play Conklin, but you can't wear him out either, and you can't let Fleury rot on the bench either.
Hockey seems to be one of the toughest sports to coach. Selecting the right lines, etc and keeping a balance of chemistry and fundamentals on the ice would be tough.

I don't see how they can start Fleury when Conklin was one of the biggest reasons why the Pens are on top of the Eastern Conference. Not fair to him.
