I've debated on selling my fox for a long time and have finally decided its time. I originally bought this to be my drag car, but I'm not into drag racing like I used to be.
I have a red with black interior 1990GT with an AOD.
Here's the bad:
-front bumper has a crack near passenger side fog light, can possibly be repaired (see pics below)
-rear bumper needs replaced as the exhaust melted a hole in it. (see pics below)
-car needs painted
-weather stripping around doors needs replaced
-only rust on the exterior is one spot of bottom of driver's side door, 2 small spots on the stock hood, and one spot near the gas cap area (see pics below)
-motor and tranny both need repaired. I'm not sure what is wrong with them, it could be something simple or they could both need rebuilt. The car does not currently run
Now for the good...
- the car is 100% stock right down to the air silencer which is still on the car, plus it is an AOD which tells you that this car is probably as structurally sound as they come because lets face it, a stock AOD fox wasn't putting a lot of strain on the body!
-car is complete, everything is there unlike starting with a roller
-car came from Virginia and the under carriage and engine bay shows it as it is virtually rust free
-it has black interior which is in very good shape
-it has a factory sunroof and comes with the rear straps and carrying case for the glass
I have documentation for the following:
-4-8-03 2 new foglight assembles were purchased for the car from Summit for $73
-4-7-03 new front brake pads, replaced rear shocks, replaced engine rear main seal total: $388
- 1-27-03 replaced power steering pressure hose, replaced heater core total: $475
