I am posting this because I have a friend that has evans syndrome (http://www.evanssyndrome.org/) and this charity event helps support the treatments he goes through almost on a weekly basis.
Tenth Annual All-Ford Powered Car Show – Pittsburgh. PA
Sunday, June 1, 2008 – rain or shine.
Hosted by the Greater Pittsburgh Mustang Club at Richard Bazzy’s Shults Ford, 2871 Freeport Road, Harmarville, PA 15238. Event hours are 8:30am to 4pm, with check-in from 8:30 to 11am. (Free coffee and donuts for those arriving between 8:30 and 9:30am.) Registration fee is $10 per vehicle. Pre-register by May 26th, or at the show. First 125 registrants receive goodie bag, dash plaque, and door prize chance. Separate Mustang and Ford-Powered classes (cars and trucks). Over 50 awards in all. Participant choice judging. Awards at 3pm. Door prizes, basket raffle, DJ, and food vendor. Children’s activities, including balloon characters! Complimentary shuttle to Pittsburgh Mills shopping complex. Free spectator admission. Portion of proceeds will benefit Central Blood Bank (Pittsburgh, PA), a local non-profit charity.
