    1. wild animal : a carnivorous animal of the dog family that has a sturdy square body, large cubic inches, a wide RPM range , and comes in many colors. Foxes are found throughout most of the world and hunt alone, mainly at night, relying on cunning and an acute sense of power and acceleration. They feed on mostly small rodents like rats(BBC) , mice (SBC) and snakes(Cobras).

Any vids? That's one hell of an accomplishment for any player (Read: weight and height) in high school.

Even W/ steroids its not possible. That kind of strength comes with time, experience, and some enhanced development.

I know a kid that could bench 315 at 170lbs and 16 years old for a solid 6 reps. He was natural and not really all that big. I wouldn't believe that if I didn't witness it myself, and spot him quite a few times.

Now, that I can find believable.
Benching 495 or 585 for 10-20 reps is something only a few in the world can do, and guess what there not in their teens, these are guys who have been training for 15-30 years and are as big as a house.

Those plates are fake... I'll ask a friend who was there to confirm it, but I'm pretty sure they're fake.

My friend who was there "only" put up 315 x 15 reps, and he's way bigger than that dude was. Here's Matt with 295 in each arm.

When I was 19 and weighed 195 which was along time ago;and all I did was work out.. I would warm up with 300lbs 15-20 reps, but the max I could push up was 395 one time... These guys are on the juice big time......And they'll pay for it later.

Wow thats impressive man, most I put up in high school was 340 on bench in the summer going into senior year. What kind of weight did you throw around with squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc.? How tall are you?

I hate to say it, but I gotta call BS on you "warming up" with 300 lbs for 15-20 reps. I know everybody's bodies are different, but if you use 1 rep max calculations for your warm up you should have been benching anywhere from 491 - 636 lbs for your 1 rep max... and thats just going off the numbers you stated as a warm up. I've been around some great athletes, and I know that some people are just freaks when it comes to some things... but that just doesn't add up. What are your real numbers? :o

OH, and my friend got back to me about that bench. He saw somebody throwing that weight around and was curious too I guess... here is what he said "lol ya those were fake. I saw that so i walked over and lifted the one side with one hand. After i did that the guy said it was only like 255, they were 15lb plates"
Which sounds about right for the way the bar bent and moved.

hahahahahahaha that was at the Arnold Classic this year Its FAKE it was to get picture and shit. I was there saw it was in amazement untill a 120lbs. kid got his picture taken doing it. It might weigh 100lbs all togather.. Do you really think someone would rep out that many reps and with out slowing down then just let it sit on the chest with out struggling? lol

Kind of impressive....but being that they are fake, I would have done maybe ten reps to make it look more real! LOL
