It mostly only happens in 1st gear take off an when I am downshifting.
Im thinking the friction plate is crooked or wabbling on the input shaft?
Does anyone have any kind of expierience with this or suggestions as to what this could be?
Thanks.

I dont care if it circles the world 11 times in 1 second. If its front wheel drive, its worthless.
Supposedly the previous owner did a clutch at 70K I have been driving the car since 73K and it now has 91K on it. This shuttering just appeared suddenly.
It feels as if im driving on the wake up bumps on the highway, but only for the time I am letting out the clutch.
Today I drive it again and it is happening less often, but still on occasion.
What is the deal.

I had a Ram HD clutch put in the car at 70k and the flywheel was resurfaced at the time.new throw out bearing and all.
Anyone have an idea at all as to what this could be?

Clutch chatter, a vibration and/or noise when engaging the clutch, is likely to be caused by an internal clutch problem. A warped disc, hotspots on the flywheel or pressure plate surfaces, worn or dry input shaft splines, or worn release bearing.

Alright so look into replacing the clutch again then.

Is it a aftermarket clutch? Some aggressive clutches can be bad for that.
