Line Lock Help

I am installing a summit line lock on my car (93 lx) and I wanted to check to make sure I was doing it right. Summit supplied one set of directions, the hurst install kit tells me a different way and then I found some different ways on the net. http://www.motorsportsdigest.com/tech/install2.htm

I know fox body cars are different from most because both front brake lines go to the master cyl.

I am pretty sure I know the right way now but I wanted to make sure. So if anyone can post any suggestions or pictures I would appreciate it.

I think my 84 is different than your 93. I have two ports (one front one rear) off the master cylinder, and three off the proportioing valve. For mine, it was plug one line off the proportioning valve, run the other to the line lock. Then used two ports off the line lock to run back to the lines that go to each front wheel. The trick is, you want the line lock AFTER the proportioning valve IMO.

If you have two ports off the master cyclinder for the fronts, I think you still plug one.

Some instructions will show the line lock right off the master cylinder, and I've not heard good things about that. The proportionag valve comes into play and causes issues. I know mine works flawless, and I dont know how I lived without it :D
