I agree that Americans are obsessed with stuff that I feel is irrelevant to the election. This statement sums it up pretty well: "We won't arrive where we should be until we no longer talk about skin color or gender."
Now, i'm not sure I'm all on board with the "Obama is this wrong-doer" stuff. I do think the Clinton has a stronger education policy though.

I can just as easily post articles about the other two candidates as well however... I simply felt that the perspective of a well known African American journalist was especially interesting and simply thought I would share it with the board.

People don't judge on race and gender as much now as they have in years past, until you see a man who goes to a very racial preacher and church for 20 years, married him and his wife, baptized their children, then goes on tv and says he don't agree with everything the preacher says and acts ignorant about it like he never knew it was going on. All I can say if osama becomes the next president it will be the beginning of the end of the US as we know it.
