I am selling a 2004 40 Foot Open Car Hauler it is a Kaufmen and it is a bumper hitch. It is 14000 GVW two I Beams two 7000 pound axles with spare wheel and tire The racks that you see in the picture we added and can easily be removed they are only bolted on.
