Anyone know the name of this?

I have a 2001 GT does anyone know what the black piece of plastic between the hood and the windshield is called? It where the windshield wipers are. Thanks guys, clark....and anyone have any good ideas on how to stop an exhaust from rattling off the frame? lol.

That's a Cowl Vent / Cover. As for the exhaust, adjust it so it doesn't hit the frame and it won't rattle.
