Getting ready for opening day

I took the Hoosiers for a drive tonight, they pick up every rock, stone and dead animal on the road I'm sure they will hook nicely at the track.

I was considering the Hoosiers last year. But even on their site they don't recommend them for street use. So I went a with 315 Mt's. With the new thread pattern similar to nittos. It did really well in the rain. I also had a best 60' of a 1.66 60'. That was with a completely stock suspension at the time.

It was going to be June 30th till you can get a set of 315 MT's, so I got the Hoosiers. I got a set of Nitto's for everyday driving.

Damn! that's ridiculous. I need to order a set soon.

If you have nittos for everyday then the hoosiers should be great.

12.28... same exact time as last year only with a slightly better 60' 1.78 over a 1.80 last year.

I wouldnt be too depressed. Traction was pretty spotty for the early runs, then a pretty strong headwind the rest of the day.

I put the strut tower brace on yesterday... it looks good, didn't really notice a big difference. I need to do some fancy driving to tell I guess. That dam Lou shorted me 1 bolt and 2 nuts lol. I have some ARP 3/8 12 point header bolts I'm going to put on instead.

Greg, mine also came with not th.e right amount of hardware. I had to take a trip to the hardware store. cheep b@stards
