I'm a bucco's fan and an indians fan...i just love the sport of baseball and my buddies and i bought an 8 game pack for this season in pittsburgh with our first game being on tues april 22 and running clear into september. It should be a blast...its a great stadium and we also get to see the hated yankees come to town!!!
ooo yea...they might be a .500 team but at least they hustle and you know they give it there all....i hate nothing more then paying 20bucks a seat and see sum multi-million dollar pretty boy, lolli gag after a pop up or half ass after a weak grounder!!! YOUR IN THE GOD DARN MAJOR LEAGUES BOYS..... F N run out every play and hustle....
The pirates double A affiliate the altoona curve are close to me and i love going up there watch a game. not a bad seat in the house and it helps that i got to play a few of my college games in that stadium. the pirates have a good connection right here in central pa and thats what draws me to pittsburgh!

At least they put a team out there that can win, unlike the buccos who for 15 years and a new stadium later won't even put a good team on the field. When they have a good player they trade him away and get no one in return. I use to be a pirate fan and they were fun to watch in the 70's, 80's and early 90's, but I gave up on them about ten years ago, they should have put a big parking lot in instead of a new stadium.

thats a shame tho....they have a lot of great young talent and they are building there team up the right way. so they are rebuilding and its been a rebuilding process for quite sometime and they lose fans that way but the ppl that are true to their team will still be there or they'll pick back up the ban wagon fans just like the yankees have. cuz everyone wants to be a winner or root for one!
Been an Oakland Raiders fan for 24yrs....in lately we SUCK...however im going to stick by them!
