Yes it was! LOL...he wasn't very pleasant when he pulled me over (to put it politely).

Other cops around here seem to be ok, one even stopped by the garage and BS'd with me and a few drunk friends one night, but that guy just seems like a jerk. He was blocking my driveway one morning because he had someone pulled over. If he would have moved his car 5 feet I could have gotten out and gone to work, but he made me sit there and wait for him to get done and I was late for work.

He can send you a ticket if he observed something in his jurisdiction while he was off duty. Actually he didn't even have to approach you, he could have just mailed it to you. If he spoke to you he can look at your driver license picture to confirm it was you driving the car when the violation was committed. I wouldn't worry about it until something comes in the mail. Actually here is a website that you can check for citations and criminal charges past and pending against yourself.

that sucks that he can do that, to the aclohol comment here about a month ago i was pulled over and i swear the state polic officer who pulled me over smelled like he just got done putting a beer down lol. he wasnt a dick or anything actually he treated me pertty good i was doing 67 in a 45, in my junker neon, and the speedo doesnt work so i honestly had know idea how fast i was going but he only gave me a ticket for 50 in a 45 which he said i wouldnt get any points for which i hope is true, i havent gotten anything in the mail about getting any. i just paid the 120.00 fine and let it go at that.

yea def a clean car, he had it to the track here last summer i think best was a 12.7 at 116-117 but dont quote me on that but i know that is close, that was a a street radial, he had it up at a drift thing up in state college messing around with it lol.
