    A few random thoughts:

Are you SURE you have / are getting Walboro pumps? There are a LOT of knock=offs out there now, even with the logo I've heard.

Have you talked to the supplier? They should be able to back track with Walboro if they had a lot issue / problem, and should stand behind them if so, Walboro is a solid company in that way.

For sure electric pumps will fail that they run, but not create pressure. That's a pretty typical failure mode.

If you cant blame it on a crap supplier, bad lot, or something like that, I would be worried that you pick-up, filters, or something is causing the issue. Electric pumps are real good at making pressure, but DO NOT like to suck. Anything poor on the suction side will cause issues.

    Like i said, random thoughts.

    cliffs:

Chineses knock-off company goes to fuel-pumps.net offering to make walbro knockoffs at cheap prices, including the following piece of scumbaggery:

So make sure you bought from an authorized source.

autoperformanceengineering.com does offer a rebuild kit i think.

im kinda jammed up at work right now, but in looking at their listing for an SRT4 fuel pump kit, a few things I noticed:

    1) Their english is good, in that there are characteristic mistakes that are made by people who took chinese ESL classes none of which are in this ad.

    2) their phone number isn't a cell phone number

It appears legit. You might have simply been unlucky in your used fuel pumps.

    they were at http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/

see post 4 in this thread

if i misspelled it, a yahoo search for "walbro fuel pumps" will list them as the 3rd or 4th listing I think.

Philly - Thanks for the link on the Walboro fiasco, man that made it around the net a lot, but that is what I was refering to with the knockoffs.

I buy all of my Walboro from Ron at APE as was linked as well, Good price, great service, for sure the real deal, and he will warranty the stuff. (Although i've never had to).

I know eBay is loaded with the knock-off, he is right aobut their ad passing the first few tests, but who knows.
