I don't know how they did it but they got 490 at the wheels of a rather stock looking car. My guess is that the painted hood did the trick. I hate to say it but my car has a few more mods and didn't get close to those numbers.

I just asked them for a copy of the dyno sheet to make sure the car performs as advertised. I cant wait to hear back. lol

It has been modified with an under-drive pulley, cold air intake, and a reprogrammed computer and puts out 490 horsepower at the rear wheels
thats all they have done to it, its other wise stock, lol

exhaust tips are stock as well....... perhaps the seller meant to type 390 rather than 490??

to me that hood looks retarded it doesnt even look like flames it looks like a snakes head in some water, the person must be drowned to think he has 490 but you never know ford might have given him the "special edition" one with a secret mod no one knows about.

If it has a ported eaton there's no reason it couldn't put out 490 or more to the wheels.
