hey, i was just stating that i thought it was funny when a dude with a rediculously slow car is making fun of someone because they have the required safety equipment on a vehicle that will flat out scream down the track.... :) all in a day's fun

Bracket racing is an excuse for slow cars to drag race. True drag racing is heads up, in my book anyway... lol

At the end of the day, you still have a 14 sec car :-). My 218,000 mile dd Galant VR4 runs 13.4s!

Braggin rights for speed goto TPG....by the way you need to change your sig. It should say 8 sec TUNER.
Casper says he can put you on the trailer...give him a shot....consistancy wins Bracket racing.

Heads up is for the big boys with lots-o-money, who get braggin rights for both speed and technique...heh.

You guys need to set up a grudge match....I know i would show.

Im ready! might even go heads up. my .030 ish r/t 14.2 ,his 3 sec+_ r/t 10.5 sounds about even to me. or you could try your luck at dail in, oh wait a min. "bracket racing is for slow cars". I woulnt tell the top guys if you woulnt!

haha, I said that was MY opinion. To each his own. I have respect for bracket racers, just not my bag.

I guess thats why Top Fuel and Pro Stock are bracket too right??

I'll race you heads up anyday :-).

I think I mentioned that we werent concerned with R/T, because it doesnt mean shit when we're trying to get the launch figured out.

I guess I forgot to mention I also Crew Cheif/Tune a 6 second 4 banger door slammer, for what its worth :-).

I think it would be awesome to see Casper leaving 5 secs or so before TPG leaves...then at the end of the track watching TPG blow by him at like 145. This would definately be an end of track seat for me.
