    Got some good news!

    Got an e-mail today from Jim Woods with an attached photo of my completed 347

    It is shipping tomorrow, should be in my hands hopefully this Thursday!

    347, roller block, 10.62:1 CR
    Canfield 195 heads 58cc, competition bowl blend, Ferrea 6000 series valves,
    comp springs, Ti retainers, comp rockers and custom cam by Jay Allen.
    225/243 @.050, .6xx/.6xx lift, 115*LSA

    I got all supporting pieces sitting in my garage waiting to be installed.

    Very nice. Bet you cant wait to fire that up. What block is that? You gonna run nitrous or anything?

    Thanks. I placed my order for this almost 3 months to the day that I will get it, so yeah, can't wait to fire it up.

    The block is a production 5.0 roller, .030 over that will be run N/A.......for now.

    Car is scheduled to be tuned late May/early June, so hopefully it will meet or exceed your prediction.

    Here is a progress photo from tonight, intake is just sitting on the top. Had an issue with the intake gaskets at the coolant ports. Got the Felpro 1262, need the 1262R, so will have to order. Also had an issue with the ARP timing/water pump bolt kit. Because of the 94/95 short front cover, 75% of the bolts in the kit were too long. Summit said these would work, but I need to find the correct ones.
