where on cam does it show size

have car apart and was wondering if i have to take cam completely out to find out . just looking at it in the block it does not have anything on it at all . been a while since i had to replace one i dont rember where its stamped at

I don't know the answer to your question, but I heard that car had a B cam in it. I forgot to tell you that before.

I dunno about ford cam's, but the GM cams always have it inscribed in on the end lobe, on the outside of it (the portion that bolts to the timing gear) ... I would expect it to be on the outside of one of the outer lobes.... good luck

they usually always have it on the rear of the cam
