Car for under 4000

I need a car for under $4000. Pref Manual trans PLEASE LET ME KNOW (doesnt have to be mustang but that would be cool!)

Needs some work. My father doesnt think its worth the money.
Needs ball joint, new exaust, the driver side door is kinda shaky (didnt get a good look at it) + if im going to take it apart to put a ball joint in it i should replace struts while im there, cause im going to have to alighn it afterwards.

Dads big thing is he dont think it will pass inspection the way it is.

If he drops the price we might talk about it (me n the pops)

I took the father because he knows more about buying cars than i do.

he put new tires on it saturday. i dunno. you'd still have 1500 left after you bought it to fix the few things and have a nice car.

You might want to contact How Much? on here as he told me he has a few decently priced cars that may be for sale.

blkp42e- did he ever replace the balancer on his '95? It had a vibration when I drove it and yeahloh95 and I noticed it was wobbling pretty bad.

At the time Clark...the fiance was driving it and she didn't want to part with the remote starter (warm vehicle in the winter). Female mentality...whatever. I am taking it to a used car dealer tomorrow after work...they offered me a cash deal site unseen. So we shall see. I'll keep you posted. It is DEFINITELY for sale now though

I still have my Black 86 Mustang GT, that I drive everyday. Fair condition (some rust bubbles, paint chips from being bumped from behind and infront), but its a 5.0 and a 5 speed.

1998 Eclipse GS. Green Pearl. 5-speed. less than 100k miles. Alpine head unit. 2 12" subs w/ 400 watt amp. Decent shape. Has big dent in drivers side rear quarter. I think it needs a front wheel bearing. Needs cleaned up. Runs, drives good. Inspected till 12/09. $3,500 OBO.

My buddy is selling his 2wd, ext. cab S10. Its a 98 S10 with 94,xxx miles on it I believe. It is very sound and solid mechanically. I don't believe there is very much rust if any at all on it.

Hes asking $3500 OBO. If interested I could find more out.
