If your talking about back by the parts counter that is a kid that works there own bike.. He drives it home on nice days.. And basically keeps it there for free storage, unless he is trying to sell it now..

That's where it was, but it did not have plates on it and it was as clean as a brand new bike. It had a tag on it that I DID NOT LOOK AT.

They had a brand new '09 R6 in teh red and white scheme. It might have been more sexy than the orange.

BUT, this is about Buells. Are you thinking about buying brand new?

You can find 'em with low miles with intake, exhaust and race ECM for cheap on cycle trader and cl.

congrats! glad to see another guy on a buell. i'm anxious to hear what you think after you put some miles on it since you have some experience on the jap bikes. hopefully it's what you expect. did you get the 9 or 12? ive never ridden a 9 hard, but they say that perform more like a jap bike (pull harder on top) than the 12's. well goodluck with it... i highly recommend the race kit for it

I am a sucker for that blue. It is nice with the black wheels. Call me when you get it Scott. I'll bring my "real" Harley over and we can check 'em out. Then, you can ride circles around me.

Will be taking off the guards, maybe also removing the light bars and adding handlebar mirrors giving it a lower look

i just replied to your pm.. You are going to get mixed reviews of it. I mean for what buell made it for its not too much(compete in the ama) it takes that 1125r to keep up with 600rs and its more like riding a crotch rocket than say my bike. Its not as easy to move around compared to my bike. But it does have good bottom end power. But you also have the crotch rocket riding style too... Ask them to let you take it for a test drive. THEY SHOULD let you. I test drove one after thunder in the valley and it turned me off of them and into the 1125CR
