    weird tire wear problem

Ok, well i bought (4) weld draglites from don aka fast4ord and have them on, and now all the sudden after a couple weeks, the rear drivers side drag radial is wearing different than the rest.. the outside is wearing really bad while the rest of the tire is fine... rest of the tire has quite a bit of tread (for a dr) and the outside i can see tread but cant even feel it, its so bad...

does this tire need balanced or should i just keep driving around on it??

    Tire Wear

ON THE REAR? SOUNDS LIKE A BAD AXLE BEARING OR A BENT TUBE???? BALANCING IS NOT GONING TO SOLVE A WEAR PROBLEM ON THE OUTER EDGE
    JUNK IT!

ok well i just looked, and it says my drs are supposed to have 40 max psi, so i checked (looked really low) and i was right, they both had 15-18 psi..... so i filled to like 37 each...

would that have caused the retarded wear??

over inflation causes inner tire wear.
under inflation causes outer tire wear.

both outside edges of the tire will be wearing badly if the tires are under inflated.....in theory

If I were a betting man, I'd have to say you have a bad axle bearing which is causing the premature tire wear and the vibration. BUT I'm not a mechanic.......... did you ever take the car to a mechanic regarding the vibration issue??

    tire wear

axle bearings would cause inside wear. Id say check to make shure tire is not hitting wheel opening lip especially if old tires were smaller & wearing ok.

did they have any kind of wear on them when you bought them? if the wheels were on a previous car that had issues then they may have started to wear on that car. once a tire starts to wear it dont matter what car or where you mount it on the car it will still wear in that same spot even if there's no issue with your car.
