Modified Mustangs is looking for Feature cars.

I work for Modified Mustangs Magazine. We have been merged with mustang and fords magazine, It's called Modified Mustangs and Fords Magazine. what we are gonna do, just as Huw Evans and I did when we started modified mustangs, is bring all the cool cars out of the cold. that said…….if you feel your car should be featured in are magazine. this is what to do.
we are looking for highly modified 4cyl and 6cyl cars, restomods, super coupes, turbo coupes, comets, ect. any and all highly modified Fords.
we prefer street cars but show cars will be looked at too.
if you would like to submit your car. you can send me a full specsheet, snapshots and contact info to tracy@prozakandtonic.com
we will look at all submissions with a open mind. sometime within the next couple months we will choose which cars we want to feature. this will be an ongoing thing. if your car isnt ready, you can always submit it when it is.

lol, you guys are funny. I sent in to Modified Mustangs when they where looking for cars off of four eye pride and never heard back. I just sent in information to this address ,we will see what comes of it ;)

kinda sucks that there won't be a dedicated modified mustangs mag anymore, oh well.

Maybe once I get the motor work done on mine and have some dyno numbers and time slips I'll be able to submit mine.

If your car is as clean under the hood as it is outside, you should just send in the info now.

Main reason I was gonna wait is it seems like magazines shy away from featuring cars that don't have time slips or dyno numbers, most of my racing has been on 1/8, flashlight drags, and non-legal venues, so I don't have much to report to them, lol.

I have unknowingly met up with Huw at the Carlisle All-Ford Nationals for the past few years and stayed at the same hotel with him and a bunch of other Canadians. This year, (after the merger) he took an interest in my Lincoln Mark VII and decided to do a feature on the car. We had a photo shoot on the last day of the show and the car should be in the magazine in about three months according to Huw. My odd-ball vehicle has never received publicity and I was pleasantly surprised that it was worthy of a national publication.

Huw is long gone now, the format was mergered to include "classic" Mustangs, and recently changed to completely classic cars. It's a shame these guys had a good format for a while.

Yea I renewed my subscription at Carlisle this year and have noticed recently that it seems like over half the features were classic mustangs. Don't get me wrong, I like classics, but they just don't interest me much (unless they're sporting an engine swap from a late model or some crazy power adder setup).

I really liked how Modified Mustangs used to feature a lot of different mustangs ranging from foxes up to s197's, and they weren't all necessarily unlimited budget "shop cars."

I won't be renewing this year
