disappointed about quaker city wed. tnt

I was looking forward to some wed. night test-n-tune runs at quaker city, but have found out they canceled them this year. Sent the track an email stating my disappointment. They said they don't have enough cars show up to pay the employees. Bummer!

Soon as I get back from the muscle mustangs and fast ford gt500 shootout in english town I will probably start going to prp on wed for tnt. Anyone else been going there on wed.'s? Is the track prepped good?

Bummer. Yea, last year they ran TNT. Glad I know now that they don't. I would have been PO'ed if I made the trip out there for them to tell me that.

    Hey Rob,
Hope your doing well. LMK when your going to QC.

I had the rollbar put in last year but no cage yet.
I just had some updates to the car recently. Strange drag race brakes on the front, skinny bogarts for the front, new fuel rails and 72 lb matched injectors, inovation west aluminum lower dampner, bmr k member, kirkey race seats and the battery moved to the trunk.
The new dyno run was 795hp at the wheels and 729 ft-lbs torque on a mustang dyno. 695 torque at 2700rpm.
Monday I am having a RSG Transzilla clutchless 6060 6 speed installed with close ratio gearing. It's the first one to go in a Mustang. I hope it works good. The guy at RSG went out of his way to have it to me for the shootout. Then I am off to the Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords GT 500 Shootout at EnglishTown. I was lucky to be one of the 6 cars they picked for the GT 500 modified class race that will be featured in the Magazine.
No practice with all the new mods. Hope I don't embarrass myself to bad.

Hey Mark, Everything here is good, just been super busy with my son, work, wife, school, 92 Mustang, 94 Cobra, house, etc... You know how it goes...:)
That tranny sounds badazz man! When is the Shootout? I'd like to get to QCR in the next few weeks to a month as soon as I get my car buttoned up.
Throw up some pics of your car if you get a chance. Later bud.
