they didnt look too bad. i think they came out in the 3rd a little too confident the lead was gonna hold and got caught sleeping.

It is going to be a rough series with filthy-delphia. They are playing really well now. That being said, I thought the Rangers were playing much better hockey than the Montreal. But Philly sealed the deal very convincingly. The Pens did too - a 4-1 series win is nothing to sneeze at. Detroit appears to be quite a handful as well. We're in for some really great hockey for the next several weeks.

I think everyone wants to see them dominate like they did in the Ottawa series and thats just not going to happen. You cant win every game easily in the playoffs, let alone the 2nd round against a good team like the Rangers. I heard so many people crying about the loss in game four like the series was over, I just didnt understand it. They split in NY and I was thrilled about it.
Remember Ottawa was dead to rights from the start. They stunk out loud 2nd half of the year, and we dominated them and we should of. Rangers series I though would of gone six games easy, and been alot more competitive. Games four and five were a closer indication of how I thought the series was going to go every game. But all in all the Pens have looked really good from the start of this playoff run, and you cant expect them to play that way every single night. Even I have to catch myself when Im being critical of them during the games lol...
Forget it and move on to the Flyers now...Lets Go Pens!
