    I think there cool and wonder if im making a wise choice, for 38 years old its in alright shape and it would be a fun car, whens the last time you seen one going up the road?

    you should have a heck of a time buying and finding restoration parts for it.

    and rocker channels, torque boxes, trunk floor, rear apron... look for hidden rust like the same years mustangs do a lot...

    I was conceived in one..........................maybe.
    My dad had a '70 Torino GT after H.S. that was yellow/black with a 351C/Toploader.
    Pretty cool old cars.
    Old muscle cars probably are a slightly better investment than the Fox body but that may be debatable.
    If its not a rusted out pile and you like it, go for it.

    Ya' unless you've dove into a rebuild like this before, resto parts will add up in a hurry. You really can't find these in junkyards anymore either. Cool car though, NEVER seen one cruising down the road.

    dont know the difference between the two years but my buddy got a 69 torino he is redoing,love the look of the car
