    Need Your Opinion

What would cause A) steam to come out from under the hood. B) Coolant to end up IN the oil. on a 2000 dodge intrepid? Any Ideas? Im thinking it could be the head gasket or the water pump?

yes. coolant in oil = very bad. leaking into the engine. just steam could mean it's leaking on the outside of the head = not so bad yet, but that don't sound like the case.

Make sure that you have the head checked for warping before you put it back together

eh, the gasket probably blew out due to overheating ?? if that's the case, the head may be warped and need resurfacing/replaced... you could try to button it up, but if it happens again it'd be expected

Throw a trailer hitch on the mustang, and buy a trailer for your dirtbike.

Pretty fuel efficient DD, and enough power to haul your bike no problem.

Plus one car to inspect, insure, and maintain.
