I worked for exxon mobil and shell before we would send out gas from the refinery for all stations in the area the only difference was an additive put into the tankers. all gas is government regulated and an additive is just to say we have this or we don't have this

Shell. Don't know if anybody has a shell near them, but next time you go to Sunoco pay attention to the sticker on the pump. Contains 10% Ethenol Shell is one of the places that doesn't add ethenol to their fuel

I use citgo. Not only do they not use ethanol, I work at a citgo. I don't use any ethanol blends if I have the choice.

I use either Citgo or Sunnoco in my Trans Am. In the truck, i get w/e is cheapest, or w/e i have "discounts" for... Since i usually buy groceries at Shop'N'Save in Kennedy, i use the fuel perks at the Shop'N'Save gas station there for my truck....

As far as all the companies getting the same fuel - I have assumed that for a couple years now. There's a refinery just outside of Coraopolis that say BP on it, but i see trucks from every single gas station pulling out of it. There's also a refinery on Neville Island, and trucks from every gas station pull out of it too....

In my LS1 T/A, i have faithfully only used Sunnoco or Citgo and it has always run good... In my LT1, i used to go wherever, and noticed that it got significantly poorer gas mileage and performance using Get-Go gas and Shell gas... I actually got 13mpg highway on a tank of Shell gas once... got a tank of Sheetz and suddenly got 20mpg... haven't been back to Shell since

I have noticed the same thing. If I use get-go (only do If I have money off) in my truck, I consistently get worse fuel millage.

from what I've heard citgo and bp also don't add ethenol. I won't use sheetz gas i've had too many bad tanks of it. My wifes old car required 89 and got to many times at sheets and motor would ping
