I agree. I'd move out to Arizona in a heartbeat but our whole family is here. The scenery is beautiful, and they get something like 360 days of sun! That's my kind of weather!

i second that, and can say moving there is hopefully in the cards for the future.

Hills have eyes... The west is very boring. Go up in the tower in Stratosphere in LV and its just as bad. Its neat how you can see a few houses then all of a sudden, nothing.
