I launch mine off the limiter at 6400 rpm :D Try that for a start.

Really, some info on the car might help. More important, what kinda tires ;)

when I raced on my 555's, I found that my car's sweet spot was 2300 RPM's.

I usaully launch mine @ 3,500 to 4,000 RPM's but that was with the old stock clutch. Now I will probably try 4,500 with the New Ram clutch. We'll see if the Nitto DR's can handle it.

With that setup I'd say 2000-2500rpm. Keep trying in that range till you find a good tire pressure/launch rpm that works best

Since your sporting stock gears and a radial tire, the launch rpm will vary greatly because of clutch modulation. Try to remember how much you depressed the throttle and how fast you engaged the clutch, then look at the 60' and 330' times on the timeslip. Sometimes the way the car feels and the engine sounds during launch is a better indicator then just trying to launch at a certain rpm.
