    4 days notice... YAY!

this isn't directed towards you, Rob.

I saw Dennis at Primanti Bros a few months ago. I asked him about the new location and blah blah blah. He asked how I knew who he was. I told him they dyno'd my Mustang at the old shop. He said, "yeah, I'm not really into Mustangs."

Dyno Day looks fun, but I don't feel like going there and getting a bunch of attitude from a boatload of ricers.

    Have Fun.

I think you maybe took his comment the wrong way. Denis just likes to work on imports, he gives credit were credit is due. Come out and ill work something out for you!

This dyno day is set up for everyone, we (PITTspeed.com) would like to help out the PENNSYLVANIA/surrounding area's car community, thats why I set this up! Please feel free to come out tomorrow and enjoy the event, again everyone is welcome. Even if you do not dyno, its always a good time to sit around and bs.

Thanks to Dennis and the crew out at hybrid. Truck made 393.7HP and 501.3TQ after driving an hour out there and with a pig rich tune. Lot's left on the table

Yeah, you're probably right. But, after that I drove 3 hours to Harrisburg to have my car dyno'd and tuned.

Thanks for posting the video I recognized your car from the boards, but didn't know who you were. That was a nice event. I'm betting the Vortec'ed T/A, put down better numbers than me, but glad to see the truck held it's own.

Good question. I think it's Fords idea of a joke. Put a motor that makes insane torque numbers in a vehicle that has absolutely no weight over the rear tires and watch the fun unfold. I took a reletive of mine for a ride in the L today and proceded to show him the John Force burnouts you can make with this thing. No powerbraking or maintaining it with the brakes, just roll along at 5-10 MPH floor it and it goes through every gear till it hits overdrive decimating the tires. There's a 80' set of blackmarks ( and probably $70 worth of tires) in the wake. we get back and he's like a little kid telling his wife...We HAVE to get one of these. Cool.

that's funny stuff. but... really it's a 5.4 with PI heads(? or 4-valve I don't know), a roots-type Eaton charger and an auto? when you up the boost on the 4V 4.6 the hp usually surpasses the torque number.

Even with a 2V 4.6 and a kenne bell charger, the hp and tq are fairly close. Seems like every L dyno chart I've seen looks like yours.

What stall is in that torque converter? Does that mess with the number?
