Even with a 2V 4.6 and a kenne bell charger, the hp and tq are fairly close. Seems like every L dyno chart I've seen looks like yours.

What stall is in that torque converter? Does that mess with the number?
5.4 with 2V PI heads, same stlye eaton as the termy's (8#stock) and auto. Nothing special about the exhaust. Don't really know what the factory stall is, but it's not real high.

I dyno'd it last year, nothing changed since then.. Bone stock it put down 255hp/ 19?tq cant remember the torque numbers. Not to shabby, was thinking of picking up a tune that "SAYS" could give me 350hp/250tq but will see, other projects in the making..

I'm definately not into modifying imports either, my point was this is a Mustang site and I dont come on here to read about imports. If I wanted that I would go to pittspeed or some other import site.

If it has more than 1% imports on it then that is enough for me to consider it a import site and not visit very often. I know there are domestic's on there but, not a whole lot of Mustangs, and that's what interests me. And I would have to say that Pittspeed is atleast a 50% import site.

Imports don't bother me at all, there are just a very select few people over on Pittspeed that make me avoid it. 2 or 3 bad apples ruin the whole board for me.

here's the answer for a lot of peeps here. 95hp from a 'tune' = ricer. I don't care who the 4uck you are.

Now who are you trying to kid Lou? You know when some kid posts up that his full exhaust, cai, tuner, cam gear, and ported throttle body went from 110 rwhp all the way up to 132 rwhp just from those $3500.00 worth of mods you get that warm fuzzy feeling inside!

getting horsepower gains like the from a tune is not far off on a turbo car. those factory tunes are VERY conservative. add some more boost and open the factory tune up and i dont see a problem making gains like that at all.

So with just a tune you can get 70% more power? I had my share of
turbo cars and they all needed the same parts to make power. It was ALOT more than just a tune btw.
    Lets see...
    1. Intake (Filter and pipes)
    2. BOV that holds boost
    3. Full exhaust
    4. Boost controller
    5. Gauges (So you know whats going on)
    6. Tune

    Then addon
    7. Intercooler
    8. Injectors
    9. MAF
    10. Upgraded turbos
    11. Clutch
    12. Tune it again
    bla bla bla

The stock BOV on the car will hold up to 24psi, the stock exhaust is 2 inch, (but thats not turbo back). Injectors are good up to 330, gauges are built into the car from factory.

Front mount intercooler comes on the car, 2 inch IC pipe comes on the car, KO4 twin scroll is on the car (thats the problem I see, it pretty much drops efficiency after 315) and the clutch I would upgrade needless after it goes out.

Pittspeed is a very fun forum. It's probably my favorite for wasting time (no offense Steel City Stangs, this site is really cool- just my personal preference I guess).
