    o2 Sensors.

ok well i was going to replace my o2 sensors today and have run into quite the dilema, well when i crawled under the car with a 7/8 wrench to take the left side off (on my header) i saw that it was pretty much well rounded off, so i was like oh shit, so i went an bought a oxygen sensor take off tool thing from advance auto parts, thinkin maybe it would get a better grip, well no luck it just basically spins on the nut on the actual oxygen sensor, so idk what to do? other side looks fine, but this side is pretty much rounded off..
    What should i do?

If they are right in your headers you should try a big pair of vise grips..or a big pair of channel locks.

I found this excerpt, you might want to try it!

Recently I rounded off the head of a tube nut. Tried various ways of
    >removing it, none worked.
    >
    >I found a tool that works great at removing rounded heads. Vice-Grip
    >wrench: Not vice-grip pliers. This tool has 3 sided jaws that tightly
    >grip on the remaining sides of a rounded nut. It grips so tight that
    >even when pulling very hard it did not slip. The nut came off. Has the
    >advantage of being usable on tubing nuts where box end wrenches cant be

It's a 3 sided Vice Grip wrench and not just vise grips.

well i just got the one off i couldnt yesterday, with a torch and vice grips, and then i went to the other side and i cant even get it to budge, with torch, or running around in the car for 10-15 min to heat it up, and this one is completely round now... no room to use a pipe wrench, and no matter how tight i get them vice grips just seem to slip now???

Just sprayed pb blaster on it, should i let it soak overnight and try again tomorrow, or should i go back out an try tonight??

I would keep spraying it, try it tonite, and if not really soak it and let it sit till morning.

well it really wouldn't be that hard to take out anyway if you had to... but if you can (with the limited room) you can try to use a side grinder to flatten two opposite sides down... or even just get some good flat spots around it and go with the vice grips and torch again. and yeah, keep soaking around the threads withblaster... good luck...
