    On a roll look out

Saterday running Street class for points. I get my two time runs have just bad lights. Get into first round again a bad light and lost. So I buy into the 2nd Chance race which is divided into Box/No Box. I go 5 rounds to final of No Box only to find out winners of both go on to race for the money...doh. Ah well a good night was fun and 8 runs with all but last nuts on at every point on the track all day. Got out of there about 1:20am was at track from 10:30am saterday. Home by 2:15am, damn I was tired and almost didn't go today.

Today back up at 8am and head to track for the Box/No Box race. Course I show up with head up ass cutting .601 and .299 lights in time runs. great here we go again. I went on going 7 rounds to No Box Final. Got there on .023, .004(got bye in 3rd), .182(just seeing what car would run hot), .031, .019, .005 and crush it with a .002 in final only to take to much strip at end losing with a 12.6897 on a 12.71 dial. Winner ran a 10.40 on a 10.39 dial with a .034 light. Hit brakes at end but I just waited to long and didnt have enough room to hold the number. I hate the random freak runs when motor is hot and it will pick up out of nowhere.

We split purse and I'm $800 to the good

Stick cars can't bracket race ...... no more like those that say can't drive a stick to save themselves.

    Nope, not even possible ;)

Glad you did well in the no box. I struggled with the car yesterday, it was ALL over the place. Lucked into the bye 1st round car ran like crap, dialed it up to a 13.30 for the second round and caught Joan dialed a 14.30 by 300'. broke out with a 12.99 at 86 mph ;) Bought into the second chance race hot lapping off that loss, dialed a 12.60 because thats what my notes said it should go at 21 psi, broke out with a 12.57 to his 9.33 (9.35 dial). Called it a day an went home.

Car is all over the place right now, and its sure not the stick shift. Its laying down in second something fierce. I cant hear it but people tell me it scares them :D

Glad you went some rounds. Always feels good to bring money home.
