ABS light came on today.

Any suggestions guys? no fluid on the ground or leaking, no hard braking or anything....it was off when i shut the car off and an hour later when i started it up, it was on.

yours has traction control, right? sometimes when you spin your tires or come into a driveway at low speeds and a funny angle, it will trip it.

The light on my '97 used to come on and I would push the clutch in, turn it off and start it again and it would go out???

The ABS light will come on if your fluid is low, too. Were you parked on a hill, so the fluid may have gone under the sensor when you tured it back on?

It will probably be off the next time you start it up. Don't worry about it.

yes it has the traction control, and the funny thing is that usually when you start the car the traction control is on, and this time it was off, and wouldnt turn on at all.
