    opinions on setup,I bought car this way

    and what should I do to help performance

    bored 302 9500 miles.

    GT40 crate spec engine
    B303 cam
    comp roller tip rockers
    GT40X alum heads-no port work
    GT 40 upper and lower intake, tubular style,not ported
    BBK 65MM TP and MAF
    fender well cold air intake
    BBK equal shorties
    19 pound injectors
    bbk 110 pump,have 225 pump too
    2 1/2 Mac cat back,w/cats and 3" exhaust pipes
    GForce trans
    3.73
    alum. driveshaft
    KC clutch
    smog pump elem. bracket/pulley
    Motorsport wires

    adding -
    MSD 6AL
    off road pipe
    underdrive pulleys
    electric fan or fans
    battery to trunk
    MSD coil or Crane coil that I have too

    thinking about full roller rockers

    stock fuel rails, has adjustable regulator too, stock fuel lines. I dont want to port anything at this time.

    What about headers,full lenth? I've always run them in past.

    car has and will keep AC

    not sure if computer has been tuned, never been on dyno. idel surges alot for first 20 seconds.

    I'm thinking cats/removal and injectors should be next or first

    I may do a MSD distributor, the one in motor is stock and could be tired.

    This a street car, maybe to drag strip couple times a year. Also has coil over fronts, nothing to rear suspension yet.

    owner I bought car from states 9500 miles on engine and trans, the G=Force trans has a "going into second gear" issues, up shifting and down under harder than normal power.

    port the heads, bigger cam, bigger t-body, #30 injectors, long tube headers (1.3/4"), maybe a shot of NOS...

    like to

    stay out of the engine for this summer.

    Big questions are about injector size, 65mm TB and MAF.

    Pulleys and electric fan and alternator upgrade for sure. Removing the cats for sure.

    Whas best route on tunning the car? What if dyno not in area, will the facotry computer do enough on it's own.
