Will 2000 Seats fit in an 89 GT

Will my seats out of my 2000 fit into a 1989 gt? If not, is it possible to fabricate them in with relative ease?

the seats out of my 99GT fit directly into my 85... though the 99 had bolts going down into the floor whereas the fox has studs but yeah, my 99 leathers dropped right onto them

yea The fronts will bolt directly in, The seat track might be higher in the newer ones, if so just use old tracks, they will bolt up too

okay, put side by side on my livingroom floor... the 99 seats are a little higher but not very noticable - maybe an inch. but somewhat stiffer when sat on, may be why it feels higher ??
