do i have upgraded injectors and dont know it??

ok so i took my car up to get my new wheels on from mbh (they look amazing will get pics shortly) and i stop at a gas station close to the place when i leave to fill up before getting on the highway. this guy comes over and starts talking to me, he says he has a 00 with a procharger blah blah blah, and asks me to pop my hood, so i do an we are bsing and he asks if i upgraded the fuel, and i said no i want to get bigger injectors besides those 19lbs they come stock, and he told me that i have 24lb or 30lb injectors in my car. i bought the car used w/9k on it and the injector colors are yellow. he said that stock 19lb injectors are pink, so is he right or is he outta his mind lol?

not positive on ur year but i know for sure the earlier efi bosch inj were yellow if they were 19lbers

ive seen 19lb injectors that have pink tops..?

Remember that those color codes are right by application, and OEM install.

For example, in the 2.3 stuff, there is a green top 30# and a brown top 35#. Same deal with CFI inectors, and aftermarket all bets are off. The colors are a good starting point, but always refer to mfg numbers if unsure.

My 2000 Gt had yellow tops and my 2004 has pink both are factory stock
