im looking into getting an 03-04 cobra rear bumper, i can get a good deal on one from this guy i know that works for ford, i was thinking about getting it and having the cobra in the bumper shaved off, and then the bumper painted. what am i looking at for all this to get shaved painted? 200?

Unless I'm mistaken the COBRA lettering is recessed. A guy I know with a Mach had them filled and painted the whole thing and it turned out fine but they'd have to know what they're doing.
$200 would be a low estimate unless you have connections.

Yeah $200 would be real low, probably would cost that much just to paint. The body work needed to fill the COBRA (it is recessed) would probably be a bit more.

$200?? It would cost more than that to just paint a bumper without all of the custom work. I know a guy who did it and it ended up being around $475.
