    C6 Transmission Fluid, Which kind?

    I have a 86 Ford Honey RV 28foot. With a 460 and a C6 3 speed transmission.
    Its basically a E350.
    I am going to put a shift kit, cooler, and change fluid.
    Which fluid do I use?
    Owner's manual says Motorcraft H type Transmission Fluid.

    just use the multi type, or just mercron 3...
    2015 A6 Mustang GT that so far has gone 9.48@147 but still the fastest prochargerd S550 in the world aside from Tim Essick's!
