    Pulling engine with LT Headers

You guys have any tips for this ungodly difficult task? The LT Headers are keeping me from pulling off the starter, and from getting the remaining bolts holding the tranny to the engine. Is there any way to take them off before lifting the motor and just leave them to the sides of the engine bay?

Few long extensions and you can get starter bolts off easy. Even better with a 13mm swivel socket to correct alignment. Bellhousing bolts I always did after removing headers. You may be able to get bolts from the top with box end wrench by reaching down side of motor. Not sure what K member you have but its easy to unbolt headers with a tube K.
