saw challenger tonite

just come home from work passed white oak chrysler and they have a challenger sittin out front on the lot thought it said srt its orange. i don't care for them really. looks better in magazines for some reason.

I saw the same color one at Century 3 dodge in west mifflin. Looked ok.

All of the first batch of Challengers are the SRT 8s. The base v6 and lower level V8 will be out later. All of the current Challengers are also automatics. You won't be able to get the SRT8 Challenger with the 6 speed manual until next year.

someone at the dealership at century 3 drove past me today in it. I know stock exhaust are usually kinda quiet, but unless he wasn't on the gas, it had no rumble to it.

Theres an orange one at the dealership outside of California, PA... I personally kinda liked it, but I would probably never buy one. IMO Dodge screwed up though by not having a speed in it for 1st year production. However, it is HUGE! I didn't realize they were going to be that big.

Though this one is bigger, Challengers were bigger than their mustang and camaro competition. That is how they fit that big ass hemi in there.

Not a big fan of them. They are heavy, I think like 4200 or 4300lbs. Stock for stock our Cobras are just as fast if not faster and they (the Challengers) have 425hp's.

Cobra's are rated at 390 *wink wink* I have a a K&N and cat back and made 420RWHP I bet a Challenger dosn't even make 390RWHP
